Spod On

For the shoot with Spod on, a consulting firm specializing in HR and organizational development, I had the chance to bring Sarah von Wyl's vision to life. She was responsible for, among other things, the company's web presence. To capture the team's energy and strength, I deliberately shot the portraits slightly wider than usual. This gives the images a more immediate, direct feel and lends the group photo a powerful presence. One key priority was making sure the team photo could be expanded down the line. It was composed in a way that allows new team members to be added later without requiring the entire team to be in the same place at the same time. That saves time, simplifies scheduling, and still delivers a cohesive, trustworthy team photo that everyone can feel represented in.
